A lot of teams are going to see minor/major changes with Nike taking over the uniforms from Adidas. Here's mine:

As a Laker fan, I like our current ones the best. But since you already posted a Laker jersey I'll say my second favourite jersey from another team in the league: The 2004 Dallas Mavericks silver alternate. They only wore it for that season, I thought it was so nice.

I'm not a fan of sleeved jerseys either, but a lot of the black sleeved alternates looked pretty decent. If these were sleeveless I'd probably rank the Buzz City Hornets jerseys as my favorite:
