Well hopefully the Knicks front office do exactly what he wrote in that article and not make a stupid trade to appease some of you dumbass fans blood thirsty for a crap deal F5'ing all day.

Houston gets--Melo, C.Lee
Knicks get--Kyrie, TJ Warren, C.Frye
Cavs get--E.Bledsoe, T.Ariza, KOQ, 2022 1st rounder (Houston)
Phoenix gets---i hate this but Frank Nitty, E.Gordon, 2020 1st rounder (Knicks)
Houston gets their guy in Melo and C.Lee and send out T.Ariza, E.Gordon to make the Melo money work and send out a future 1st.
Knicks get our stud PG in Kyrie, add a nice piece in SF TJ Warren and take on the one year contract of C.Frye while sending out Melo, Frank Nitty (i hate it but it's for Kyrie) KOQ, C.Lee and a 2020 1st rounder.
Cavs get E.Bledsoe to replace Kyrie, T.Ariza who will be a great piece for them to make their eastern conference run, KOQ and a future 1st from Houston while sending out Kyrie and C.Frye.
Phoenix gets their young future PG in Frank Nitty who they supposedly want, E.Gordon and a future 1st from Knicks which maybe we can make a top 5 protected for giving up E.Bledsoe and TJ Warren.
I didn't go look at all these players contracts but think these all work or come very close to working with the money/contracts going out compared to the money/contracts coming back with each team. There could be other smaller pieces that might have to be added somewhere but i'm pretty sure everything is close enough to make things work. I guess i could see the Cavs wanting either another draft pick or young player for giving up Kyrie.

Waaayy too much for us to give up. That's basically gutting the team. Leaves us with no depth.
Also, no giving up Frank!!! I feel like a lot of people are quick to throw him in these trade discussions cause we didn't see him play summer league. What if he had and he put up ... ohh ... DSJ numbersThere would be 75% less activity in the Kyrie threads on this board cause everyone would think we have our PG of the future.

knicks give cavs a 2018 top 10 protected pick. top 3 protected in 2019. unprotected in 2020.
Big time pass. Yuck...

We're either rebuilding or we're not
If we are rebuilding, and we are, we don't need kyrie and we can't be sending out picks or 18year old lottery picks that haven't even played for us yet. Kyrie will seek and get a super max
He's not the guy
This isn't the trade
No thank you
I'd rather Bledsoe than kyrie anyway
