Any Replacements fans here? Tommy has just released another record with Bash & Pop, "Anything Could Happen." Just as good as "Friday Night is Killing Me."

Detroit was amazing. Definitely recommend it to anyone, regardless of taste in movies.

Girls Trip was laugh out loud funny throughout.

The Dark Tower blew donkey

Ray Donavan kicks off tonight. Can't wait.

I don't recognize a single person on that cover. You know, I grew up with gangster rap in the 90s. While I loved the music, I always felt that it influenced kids in a negative manner. Lots of fights at my school caused by kids trying to act hard. I was kind of happy when the genre died a little bit. Really thought it was going to swing back to conscientious rap.

Fast forward to today and holy ****, I'm actually rooting for gangster rap to make a comeback. Kids are such pussies nowadays.

The Replacements were my go to band in high school after my best friend lent me a mix tape with some of their songs on it. I think I listened to Let It Be, Pleased to Meet Me, and (especially) Tim until I wore through the tape on the cassettes!

Thanks for the heads up SD.

Yes. You should want to throat-punch every one of them.

Found Dirk Gently (the show, not much the actor/character) surprisingly enjoyable. Reminded me of John Dies at the End books.

Running out of stuff to watch lol. Is the offseason over yet?

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" was butchered when they made the movie. In comparison, the Dirk Gently show is reasonable :)

(In fairness, and in my opinion, Douglas Adams' work is more about the words he chooses than about the plots themselves. It's impossible to capture that on screen.)
