On topic, Kyrie is miles better than Dragic. Dragic has been vastly overrated for awhile on here. It hasn't been worth calling out since for a bad to mediocre team that we were last year, who cares. But if you're talking about trades, you're definitely get rid of Dragic for Kyrie. Its one of the easiest decisions ever actually. Who you don't get rid of is Whiteside.
There is a highlight tape from the finals game 5 above supposed to showcase Kyrie's skills. I suggest everybody go watch Kyrie at his best, and learn about the player you are all over valuing.
You will notice that almost all Kyrie's buckets come in completely isolated sets where his teammates cram to the other side of the court to give him room. He isn't creating anything for anybody, he isn't elevating anybody, he's a great ISO scorer that nerfs the rest of your offense.
This worked 10-20 years ago in the NBA, it does not work now. Just look at our big 3, we took 3 of the best ISO players in the world and put them together. They struggled until they learned to play together, and even then they were rarely the juggernaut they were supposed to be. The NBA is a more team oriented game now, you need complete players on the floor, Kyrie isn't one.
Why nobody is alarmed by Kyrie's health situation really goes over my head. He has a kneecap held together with pins. He's 25 already jogging around with a partial limp. This is not your franchise player
