Gotta be careful with KP bulking up. At the 7'3 you want to keep as little stress on his feet as possible. The only necessity for him is to gain some lower body strength so he'll be able to defend 5s.

People always equate strength to arm muscle
KP should be working his core and lower body, both of which aren't as noticeable as bicep/tricep growth, but will help him much more
