Yeah this episode really put the foot on the pedal. So much is happening. As a book reader, The first couple of scenes blew my face off. I started reading the books in like 2011, so I can't imagine what an original book reader felt seeing Jon and Dany in the scene place.

I dont know if any of you read manga, but something similar is happening in berserk where a long awaited plot line is finally being addressed, so I guess seeing this got stuff that you've been waiting for kinda feels similar.

I know he seemed a little gloomy in the first episode when he got to the wall, but now he's just the epitome of a bummer. He needs the westerosi equivalent of xanex cause if I have to watch him communicate with someone else the way he communicated grief and regret to Sansa over what happened to her, I'm going to be the depressed one.
