Blake or Break...
So this year is his final chance to show he belongs with the Jags long term or that the team needs to move on.
As a bottles fan from his days at UCF I'll say a lot of his greatest moments could have easily gone the other way. He's a great guy who could do very well but the system the team has had for the past three years isn't exactly QB friendly.

I'm really hoping he improves, I like him. Needs to be more consistent. If not you'll have a few QBs to chose from next draft. Depending where you pick, Darnold, Allen, Rosen, Browning, McSorley.

If he can cut down on turnovers and Fournette/Ivory have success running we should be at least a .500 team. I'm not expecting miracles this year but we have to get back to respectability.

The city of Jax is in full-on panic mode after Blake had a 5 interception practice on Saturday night. To make it worse, that practice was open for season ticket holders only.

This, I'd like to see them be a competitive 6-10, 7-9, 8-8 team.

Going 8-8 would be a monumental jump. It would also show future free agents this is a viable place to come and have success (not just a pay day).

I think the two biggest keys are Blake and the O line. If they improve, and Fournette/Ivory play as we expect, I can see 6-8 wins. The defense has been improving over the years, I like bringing Campbell, Bouye and Church. Bouye and Ramesy give you a very nice CB tandem.
At Texans - L
Vs Titans - L
Vs Ravens - L
At Jets - W
At Steelers - L

At Colts - W (Is Luck and his shoulder good to go at this point?)
Vs Bengals - L
Vs Chargers - W (Could go either way IMO)
At Browns - W
At Cardinals - L
Vs Colts - L
Vs Seahawks - L
Vs Texans - W
At 49ers - W
At Titans - L

Re: Blake or Break...
In your scenario I don't see Blake being the starter after week three. Beating the titans at home is essential to him keeping his job.
That would be 8-8

I disagree, then that would mean Coughlin/Marrone tank the season. You aren't going to put Henne in to finish out the season, after week 3. Those 3 games aren't easy. All 3 are better teams. Texans(get Watt back) and Ravens have good tough defenses. Flacco(when healthy) and Mariota are better QBs than Bortles. Bortles is better than Tom Savage, but we don't know yet if they give Watson the keys right away. Titans are further along in their rebuild than y'all are.
Also at the end of week 10, I have y'all at 5-5. And that's after starting 1-4.

I can't see Coughlin letting Blake stay the starter if they plan on tanking. Just won't happen.

I'm not saying that. You said if they start 0-3, that they would pull Blake. I said I disagree, if they did and gave the ball to Henne, that would be them tanking the season, and I don't see them doing that.

I think he's overhyped and prone to injury.
