Eh

He's a youngish guy who hasn't really shown what he can do in the NBA while being semi successful over in europe. There's still room for people to discuss him because he isn't some vet signing where everyone who follows the NBA already knows their game inside out.

Did we turn into the Warriors? Our team has been terrible for years, nothing is a disgrace to talk about with them. It's the off-season, get used to it.

He's a nice little energy player. Struggles to guard the post up game just like Biz. He'll probably have moments but overall I'm not expecting much outside of situational minutes unless Vuc or Biz are traded. .

If Dedmon could become a solid player in our system I believe Birch could do the same (I believe this was part of the pitch for him to come over). Probably was promised decent minutes when we trade Vuc.

Khem Birch’s contract has a partial guarantee of $25,000 if he’s waived before the start of the regular season.

So basically the Magic gave him 25 grand to come to training camp.

If he makes the team, that jumps to 407K and if he's still here in January, he gets the full 815K.

Yeah, I'm pretty surprised, but Birch seems to be very confident in himself. With that said, I really think Khem will push Biyombo and I'll be surprised if he's not on the opening night roster with the way he works.
