The NBA needs to change the travel rules. Remove/change the on the catch travel since they don't call it. They really need to call the discontinued dribble more often though. That one really pisses me off because offense already has enough advantages.

IT has a savage discontinued dribble. Its so awful. People yelling about his 'hezzy', its just cheating but he's a midget so its ok.

Who cares who he cheers for. The guy is not a sage lol.

You're the one who chimed in on whether they'd pick Frank over DSJ if both were available.

So who cares? You apparently.

I think the expectation was that DSJ would be gone by 9, whether it was us, the Magic, or the Bulls that picked him, and the Mavs would've picked Frank over anyone else left
I don't think we can say they would've picked Frank over DSJ, but I think we can say they would've picked Frank had we not done so

So if DSJ is gone and Frank is available they're taking him.

Yeah I agree

Quite a lot gets said about him. He's anemic, no post game, not aggressive, can't play defense, doesn't pass well. There are probably more that I am not thinking of, and I am sure someone can remind me.

What do you mean?

A lot of players carry the ball especially in the post when they are spinning or trying to get deeper position. They also carry a lot when doing hesitation moves. IT does it all the time and Durant does it a lot doing a crossover into a jumpshot. When they do it in the post it is really annoying because they tend to carry and switch pivot feet and its just impossible to guard.

I feel like allowing a step or two after the catch isn't that bad because it is easier on the knees then coming off a screen at full speed and having to hop into catching the ball or trying to stop on a dime when you get the ball. If you watch the video with Kawhi you will see what I'm referring to.

Why are people on here calling him "mouth herpes" now? Don't tell me that's the cool new slang
WTF Post of 2017:

If Phil pulled that off, I would put a put a paper bag over my head, paste a picture of Jeannie on it, poke a hole through the mouth, and give Phil the best BJ he's ever had in his entire life.[/quote]

When he dominated all-star weekend (skills challenge lol) he had an unfortunate sore on his mouth. But I think it's just one moron that's calling him that isn't it?

If KP can develop into 80 percent the offensive player Dirk was I'd be thrilled. Dirk-lite on offense with elite interior defense is one hell of a combo.

If you look at this pic, you will see what resembles a cold-sore in the middle of his lower lip.

But it could also be a pimple or an ingrown hair. Who knows?

I couldn't care less whether KP has "mouth herpes" or not.

I'm just answering the guy's question...

No way should they ever do that. Do you play basketball? That would cause so many injuries and make the game a lot more akward to play. The rule is...you can take 2 steps as long as you are making a basketball move. If you take 2 steps while catching/shooting/passing then that's a basketball move. Cant change this rule and if they did it would be a huge mistake.

No I'm saying they should allow extra steps on plays where the player takes and extra step to slow themselves down. Usually this happens after a catch but it can also happen when a player tries to stop from a sprint like Westbrook did against GSW. Technically it's a travel but the league should change the rule so plays like this aren't travels because I'd rather see a player take an extra step then blow a knee out.

However they should be calling carries more like what KD did in the finals.
