That was a highly suspect send by Rivera... but considering how trash the offense has been, I can't really blame him.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Goins got a hit with two outs and a runner in scoring position ... fate was on our side.

Believe it or not, Goins has an OPS of .984 with RISP this year... and that number just went up with that hit.

Goins, Smoak, Bichette, and Vlad ... the new Core Four.
Speaking of Brandon Morrow pitching for the Dodgers, what's the deal with Brett Lawrie these days? Is that just taking the year off?

Two good starts in a row from Estrada.
Luis Rivera, you the real MVP.

Terrible D by the Astros gifted us that win. Bautista should buy them breakfast this morning. Generous infield hit ruling in the first, gets an RBI on a botched DP ball in the second, and another RBI in the 7th on a bizarre play at the plate.
Nice to see Marco getting back into form a little bit.

Not sure how Aoki gets playing time over Carrera and Pearce. Not sure why he hasn't been DFA'd, actually.

Wow, bush-league from Goins. Such a bad player.

Jesus, someone hit the ball to someone other than Goins or Barney. They've both forgotten how to play defense simultaneously.

Thank you for not making that catch, Jake.
Lots of plays not made on both sides this series.

Leone really seems to have figured something out this year. Very comfortable with him out there.

That was the most Pillar at bat possible. 11 pitches, 9 of them off the plate and he manages to get a hit but only take 2 balls.

2 out of 3 against Houston would be pretty nice!
Big series coming up next. Let's see what happens!
