PHX out: Bledsoe, Chandler
PHX in: Adams, Christon, Singler
We get our center of the future. If we get Ayton or Bamba in the draft, we can always deal Adams to another team pretty easily.
OKC out: Adams, Christon, Singler
OKC in: Aldridge, Chandler
OKC goes all in on the Westbrook era, adding a guy who can be pretty dangerous in the playoffs.
SA out: Aldridge
SA in: Bledsoe
SA gets Bledsoe in exchange for their disgruntled star.
Interesting. Takes a hard hit with Adam's $$ and that Christon isn't much of PG.
A tweak- http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=yay8fzrg Plus Len signed and traded to SA...IDK, maybe Pop views Alex Len as untapped or misused talent. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if Alex, immersed in "Popovich's world" birthed great results.

Re: Trade & FA Ideas & Discussion #5: A Serving of Irving?
I'm predicting Miami hits a wall this year and finishes in the lottery.
They played out of their minds last season.
Dragic is a year older.
Waiters just got himself a fat contract.
Whiteside is overrated.
No way they crack the top 4
Cavs
Boston
Washington
Bucks
Toronto, Charlote will be decent and both will slide into the playoffs.
Although the rest of the teams in the east are pretty bad. I mean... BAD. Wow!
The Hawks are rebuilding, Brooklyn is still pathetic, Detroit needs direction, Indiana and Chicago have thrown in the towel, Philly is still Philly, Orlando has not improved, and New York is New York.
Miami might fight for those last 2 or even 3 spots, but I think one or two of the above named Craptastic teams pulls a surprise while Miami hits a wall.

Inspire courts. That's where my boys club team trains. Harden camp was there this year too. Good to see Reed putting in the time. His foot speed looks a little slow. He will need to speed that up to get more separation for that baseline fade jumper he's working on.

He shoots like 30% on jump shots for his career, and he'll never be a good shooter until he stops fading back every time he shoots. I'm fine keeping him since the market appears to be pretty dead for him and he'll likely be cheap, but I think he's destined to be a career back-up if all he brings is rebounding and interior defense in the current NBA.
A career back up to who? All stars?! There are many centers that take up space and start in his league. The things most people here want Len to do, isn't done by most centers in the league. What's his per 36 min stats?
Well he's backing up 34 year old Tyson Chandler right now, and I don't think I consider him anywhere near an all star at this point in his career. He'd just be another one of those centers taking up space for a crappy team if he got a starting job, he's probably not starting for a team in the playoffs, especially at this point in his career.
So, below are Len's numbers when he gets starter minutes...sometimes, even when he doesn't, he shines, so I added those as well, to offset his starter minutes games where he doesn't ALWAYS fare well
Minutes TRB BLK PTS
21:26 6 3 18
37:04 14 1 16
29:22 11 2 10
22:29 10 3 10
30:56 10 3 11
34:56 12 2 17
29:09 11 4 6
29:09 10 2 5
23:10 10 2 6
34:06 14 4 14

15:46 7 2 12
27:53 12 4 10
21:14 10 1 9
28:14 10 2 14
Average = 9.4 - 2.1 - 11.1
So, in essence, again, like Warren's issues, Len being used correctly...finally...not Hornacek's 'I'm-gonna-make-Len-a-Stretch-5'-system, Len slashed 11.1 / 9.4 / 2.1 Blks (and that's averaging 27 minutes from those numbers above). So that indicates to me that if we were to, say, trade Chandler, start Len, play him 28 minutes, (and have Sauce play the other 20), we should be ableto expect an 11/9/2 player from Len...probably more like 12/10/2.
Now, I don't know about you, but I could give a 'rat's ass' about how well Len scores. Yes, I would like him to have hands with fingers that grip a ball, as opposed to two arms with clubs at the end of them that cannot hold on to a basketball. But, that aside, it sure is nice to have a defensive presence inside the paint that at least gives offensive opponents pause amount.

I've been out of town for a couple of days. Just got back and read through the last 15 or 20 pages. I see it's more of the same.

The bid difference for me between Warren and Len is Warren passes the eye test...Len does not.
Warren looks like a stud. Len looks pretty bad even when he puts up decent numbers. And my god...his shooting percentage for a big guy is awful.
