Stolen.

You (and many others) should learn the difference between the simple past and the past participle. I stole - I have stolen, I went - I have gone, I knew - I have known, I wrote - I have written, and so on. It's appalling how people make such basic mistakes in their native language. :banghead:

It was a typo. I apologize if it led you to be appalled.

But thanks for the tutorial. I was wondering what "Real GM" stood for and now I know it stands for "Grammar."

And this whole time I thought this was a sports forum!

If it was a typo then my rant was not meant for you. Typos can happen to anyone, it's no big deal. It's people who don't know the difference between "went" and "gone" that drive me crazy.

You're right, this is a sports forum but still, we all communicate by writing. If people are going to post hundreds and thousands of posts here, the least they could do is learn to spell somewhat decently.

I agree with you in spirit and didn't mind the correction. But to call my grammatical error "appalling" kinda suggests that I'm either "extremely careless" or "extremely incompetent."

I not saying that was your intention, but I'm just explaining my defensive/sarcastic response.

(And before you get any ideas, I'm fully aware that "kinda" is not a real word.)

Why are you even bothering. You made a post, he read it and understood your point which, is the point. Most folk would just keep it moving.

I'm not trying to instigate.

He clarified his post and I clarified why I responded in a snarky way. That's all.

i think he's referring to Ville...and I agree who cares about a random typo or occasional grammatical issue as long as it's easily intelligible

Oh, man. Don't even go there. You will be Ville-ified by the slackers.

(See what I did there?)

Here, you have to learn to accept this kind of thing:

"FOH me and my friend where juss saying that the Knicks could of had the worse record last year but there bench played to good at the end".

These are the fans who think Phil Jackson is stupid lol
cmon man ...the idea was conveyed and it wasn't an egregious error as to obscure the meaning of his statement....i guess he feels smart pting it out...

Feels like Scott and Mills have forged a much better relationship with KP in the background as well as up front with the media..its good to HEAR him say that his heart is in NY and always has been despite the losing… He's our guy for the long haul. Thank you Phil (and gaines), for KP at the very least.

I also like the fact that he made himself "present" during the Africa game.

He didn't get many looks or attempt many shots, but still found ways to contribute and fill up the stat sheet.

Seems like he's maturing as a player.
