Celtics fan.
We also face the Kings twice in the near future. I think it's time Yabu pays back some of that free money he's been given his entire career and bounces Fox for a nice 2 week ankle sprain.

All I can say he is most likely playing most of the time as a center for Latvia.

For Spain. Kuz for Lithuania. I think Kuz is starting too for his National Team.

IIRC.

Kuz just scored 21 against Croatia.

They lost.

Saric dropped 28.

Can someone make Eurobasket thread when we can talk about everyone involved?

To re-iterate for the millionth time, KP's defensive issues stemmed from him leaving his man to cover the inside. Ryan Anderson is not taking KP off the dribble and launching 3s, nor are most of the PFs he will be guarding. If we improve our PnR defense, KP will be able to stay on his man, which will solve most of his issues.

http://www.82games.com/1617/16NYK12.HTM

Here's the stats, which have been shown to you numerous times. KP performs much better defensively at the PF than the C.

KP can keep up with PFs today. Most PFs don't create off the dribble from the perimiter. A "modern" PF is someone like Tobias Harris. 99.1% of Harris's 3pters are assisted
https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/h/harrito02.html
This means that over 90% of his 3pt shots are catch-and-shoot, which I've described as why KP struggles with guarding those shots right now, but should improve over time

Most PFs don't create 3s off the dribble

If KP stays home, they won't shoot

KP is able to use his length to bother them if they try to drive past him, and is big enough that he can still contest their shots

Stupid facts, getting in the way of good narratives

I'm sorry, they're not facts, they're "excuses"

Wth does anything that you wrote have to do with what I said?

I said KP should be at the 5 to protect the rim which he does at an ELITE level.

I said it is a WASTE of his ELITE rim protection to have him guarding stretch 4's.

Where did I say he can't guard these guys if he doesn't have to also protect the paint?

You wrote this long, boring essay for something I never said.

How about for once, you actually look at what was said instead of putting on your orange and blue cape?

It has everything to do with what you said

You asked why I didn't bring up KP's struggles with Anderson, and I replied with what KP struggles with against players like Anderson. I then explained why KP wouldn't have these same troubles with modern PFs that have shot creation ability when guarding them in space by looking at an average PF in Tobias Harris

KP has elite rim protection. He is also a poor rebounder, which means that that elite rim protection isn't able to be used to it's fullest because he can't get the board. Do you understand this concept?

I then brought statistics into my argument to give them credibility, because I like to base my opinions on facts

And then come on, man, you're just trolling me now. You clearly didn't read what I wrote, and you then accuse me of not actually looking at what you wrote

Man you will say anything to defend what this franchise does. If they had played KP at C all last year and someone said he should play PF, you'd be arguing the opposite.

The cape is always ready

According to the link you provided

Of the top 5 man units over 100 minutes, which had the only positive differential?

KP at C

Of the top 5 man units over 100 minutes, which had the best offensive rating?

KP at C

Of the top 5 man units over 100 minutes, which had the best defensive rating?

KP at C

I don't know how else to explain this to you. Time for the visual aids.

We could have him doing this

Or this

You're arguing if we had better defenders on the perimeter, it would prevent the caving and KP wouldn't have to cover then recover.

Where did I say otherwise?

I didn't. This idea that I'm disagreeing with that is a figment of your imagination.

My statement was this: I would not have him guarding the guy out there to begin with. He should be guarding the 5 and be closer to the rim.

You're arguing what caused him to fail when he was doing it. I wouldn't have him doing it at all.

Like I said. It's not rocket science.

Stop making up arguments to cape.
