Amphetimines is still a illegal drug just like steroids though. It is still a perfomance inhansing drug so it is basically like steroids in many ways. And you can still get fined or suspended for using them.

It seems like most Latin players never have any suspicion of being on steroids. Then again thats how it seems like it is presumed in the media at times.
