Who has the best individual season this year (statistically): Jeremy Lin in Brooklyn, Jeff Teague in Minnesota, or Goran Dragic in Miami?

Teague. He's running an offense with 3 guys who averaged 20+ ppg last year. He'll have high assist numbers and he won't have to force shots so he'll have have an efficient shooting clip.

Goran Dragic - he's DA MAN in Miami and it clearly shows he plays WAY better as DA MAN when DWade left town and he became the #1 guard. His defense is pretty putrid, but offensively he'll put up the best raw stats by far. His efficiency will depend on his 3pt shooting, if he regresses back to his career levels (32% i think) he'll lose a coupla points on the raw stat end. Honestly the main reason the Heat's season didnt turn into a total shambles is Dion Waiters having his insane career turnaround. Do they have their pick this year or is it auto forfeited?

Jeremy Lin - as long as he's healthy and doesnt defer too much he'll put up at least 17/7/4/1/1 a game with above avg defense. I doubt he'll do much more than that since this team is WAY MORE loaded than last year. And the primary developmental focus for the offense will be DLo and Crabbe to initiate the offense. However im still confident Lin can put up 17 highly efficient points a game cuz his 3pt volume shooting will likely become more efficient due to having so many offensive threats compared to last year. He wont have as many penetration attempts as he needs to share it with DLo Levert and Crabbe (mostly just to develop him even if hes sucks at it to start). Still it'll be a successful season to solidify him as a starting PG in the eyes of the pundits.

Jeff Teague - he'll get the worst stats due to being on a team that has higher options than him, his job is to just b a game manager. The team will be giving Jimmy butler/KAT all the shots they want. Wiggins will eat aloot of shots too, so Teague best case will be low on points but shooting highly efficiently (to due being the 4th option) and alot of assists when passing to the above 3. If Teague gives them what thee team needs badly (veteran leadership) it will help ALOT as it means Butler wont be the only adult cleaning up the messes of the kids.

I actually think it's Dragic. Teague will have efficient numbers but with Towns, Butler, and Wiggins, his overall absolute raw stats like Pts might go down. Dragic will basically have the same environment as last year and a chance to improve upon his 20/6/4 at 48/41/79.

Last year:

Dragic 20/6/4 at 48/41/79
Teague 15/8/4 at 44/36/87
Lin 18/6/5 at 44/37/82 (extrapolated to 30mpg)

Since Dragic played 34 mpg and Teague played 32 mpg, I think it's generally a draw. If you want scoring and 3s, Dragic is your guy. If you want passing and good FTs, then it's Teague.

I think his transition and spot up attempts will increase therefore, he's easily capable of averaging 17 PPG while getting everyone involved with a solid rate of 7 assists.

It also depends on how many possessions per 100 minutes we rack up via pace. Can we increase our pace without Lopez?

I can't see Teague averaging anything above 13 / 7 / 4 in Minnesota and I think Dragic comes down scoring wise with Waiters likely to take even more shots. I see his assists going up with Adabyo, Winslow, Olynyk and Josh Richardson healthy though.

WIthout BroLo, pace will go up for sure. Mozgov is actually pretty quick for a big dude and an excellent rim runner, yea he's likely not gonna be a 3pt floor spacing threat like BroLo became, but a lineup of Lin/DLo/Crabbe/Carroll means we dont need a C that shoots 3s.

Also when the team goes small, like Booker at the 5, the team is forced to run run run run, due to lack of size. Also the team has so many legit 3 pt shooters its gonna be crazy at times.

Pace will be up and i think that perfectly suits Lin just fine. Controlled chaos :D

Lin was already tossing up like 5 3s a game i think, in limited mins. Thats pretty nuts and when his mins increase and pace goes up, if he tosses up 7 3pt attempts a game at 38-39% (due to more open shots), if he has his penetration game back 100%, he's got a great chance at 20 pts a game.

Interesting point. We played at the fastest pace in the league last year. Is it gonna be even faster?!

Last year could be seen as a transition year, with a big chunk of the offense running thru Brook, a lot of times posting up.

This year's gonna be mostly motion offense, fast breaks and PnRs, with much better three point shooting.

The team is even deeper to limit minutes and can hustle big time. All the young guys have gotten better. No one is Bogging the D down. We just need Jar to contribute adequately, and he should be if he has a high motor.

It's gonna be L'insane!

Lin should go full blown pompadour hair style this season.

Would really love to see how he fares with that lower right corner style in the above pic on the court.

He could play some back-up center since he would be the tallest guy on the team.
