What are your five most preferable realistic trade packages for Kyrie based on what you think teams might give up?

My 5 guesses are;
-Memphis get Kyrie, Love, and Shumpert to make trade checker work, Cavs get Conley and Gasol and 1 future 1st rd draft pick.
-New York get Kyrie, Shumpert, Cavs get Carmelo and Ntilikna and 1 future 1st rd picks.
-Phoenix get Kyrie, Cavs get Bledsoe, TJ Warren and 2 future 1st rd picks.
-New Orleans get Kyrie and Shumpert, Cavs get Anthony Davis.
-Portland get Kyrie and Love, Cavs get Lillard and McCollum. Players like Shumpert and Meyers Leonard thrown in the mix maybe.

I like to G.S. for Curry and Durant a little more though.

I also love the deals for Conley and Gasol, but Cleveland gets the first round pick and not the other way around.

Anyways, outside of the obvious deals (Wiggins, Bledsoe/Bender, Middleton/Brogdon) I think Cleveland should be contacting Portland about Lilliard or Bobcats about Kemba.

Do you think M.Gasol is better than K.Love? That Conley is better than Kyrie? That mock trade more than deserves a 1st going Clevelands way. These are guesses btw, no way i believe Kyrie for A.D is fair but the OP asked for 5 and i was having fun with it, as i think a team of Kyrie and Cousins would work better than A.D and Cousins. Yes, I think Gasol is better than Love. I also thInk Conley is on par with Irving. If Memphis is unloading them, it's because they want draft picks and to rebuild...not give away draft picks. If they do that deal and Kyrie goes down for the year, they just gave the Cavs two all stars and Michael Porter.

He asked for 5 REALISTIC trades. This is like someone saying New Orleans can realistically trade Cousins for Lebron.

Min for Wiggins/Aldrich
Irving/RJ to Dallas for Dennis Johnson/Wes Matthews
Irving/Shump to Milwaukee for Brogdon/Middleton/pick
Irving/Frye/pick to Portland for Lilliard

All picks are protected. I think Portland might consider this offer and Cleveland then has a star locked up for a couple more years.

The title says it all...what do you guys want and think you could get, in order? Personally, I don't think I want the Suns to trade what I am guessing it would take to get him. Many people on the Suns forum think a Bledsoe, Warren, Miami 2018 pick would be enough eventually, but I VERY HIGHLY doubt that...I think if Jackson wasn't included, it would take a couple unprotected picks, and not even sure who else the Cavs might want...if anyone. What do you think?

And that's the rub. Most fans don't really seem to want Kyrie on their team - not for his value at least.

Kyrie should be more valuable to an owner given his popularity, so hopefully we can get a decent haul. I personally think that we should find a way to trade for established defensive minded players.

I think Covington would be the perfect player for our situation. But it teeters between upsetting Cavs fans and upsetting Sixer fans by asking for either too little or too much.

Barnes/Noel would also be a good package that could help. If we want any chance at beating the Warriors, we need length and versatility on defense.

I don't see either team doing that.
Pelicans might if things don't work out with AD , but that won't be determined before the season is half over or until before the deadline, and the odds are slim that if the Cav's keep KI on the roster going into the season that they will move him at all this season,and if they do it would not be for Cousins who's contract is expiring, where if Lebron left Cousins would too, then Cav's have squat.NO KI, No Lebron and No Cosuins, no thanks

Cousins would be really nice on the Cavs, but I don't think it addresses the problem Cleveland has with Golden State and that is the Cavs are in need of a very good to elite wing defender. Maybe there is a way to swing a trade to Orlando and get Aaron Gordon, Elfrid Payton, Terrence Ross, and a draft pick or two for Kyrie Irving? But if Cleveland just wants to stick it out, hold onto Kyrie Irving, and see how things go, I think that's the way I'd more than likely go.

I'm really down on T. Ross. I don't even think he's worth this contract. The Magic kind of took themselves out of contention for Kyrie when they went out and spent all their cap space this summer. A. Gordon, a couple of picks and a TPE so we could've landed Bradley would've worked.

Wouldn't Payton be an upgrade over Irving defensively though, too? Offensively, the Cavs would probably be worse off in that hypothetical trade, but I think Kevin Love could step it up.
