Draft Rules:
1. Subject to the rules to be set out below, players from the 1969-70 season to the 2016-17 season will be available to be drafted. You can draft players that came into the league before 1970 season but the season you choose can't be before 1969-70 season.
2. You will select two players with each pick. The season selected must be the same for both and they must have been teammates that season. Each must have played at least half of the regular season games for that team.
3. You will draft a total of 8 players over 4 rounds.
4. You will have 90 FGAs available.
5. The winner will be decided by a playoff or ranking system to be determined.
6. You must state the specific season of the players you choose to draft. You don't have to do it right away when you make your selection but you must state it on your team roster page.
7. We will be doing a different draft method. It will go like this: ABBB
8. Players will get a maximum of a 2-hour window to make their selection when they are on the clock. If you still have not chosen a player by then, you will be skipped. Also, if you know ahead of time that you won't be available to make your pick on the clock then please PM your selection to another participant. NOTE: If you miss one pick and have failed to make it by the time your next pick comes around, you can be skipped immediately. The commissioner reserves the right to skip or replace coaches as needed.
9. The clock will start day after the draft order is determined. The clock will be stopped from 12 AM EST to 9 AM EST.
10. Draft order will be completely randomized.
11. After you have made your draft selection, please quote and/or PM the person that goes after you so they will know that it is their turn and they are on the clock. The quoting is only a courtesy. The clock starts after the previous pick. You may not change your pick after it has been made, even if the next person in the order has not picked yet.
12. You can use the .85 multiplier on pre-merger seasons. Example-After multiplying .85, 29.84 will be rounded to 29.8 and 29.85 will be rounded to 29.9 (round above 5, round below 5).
Team Roster Page Rules:
1. You will be responsible for creating a roster page for your fantasy team. Here are the things that you will be required to include on your roster page:

. Rotations
. Draft selections
. The most important of all, you must show the total FGA per player on your roster AND a total sum of each players FGA to display that it is under the required 90 FGAs.
Playoff/Ranking Rules:
1. After the draft has been completed we will determine a champion by playoffs or rankings-TBD. First to 4 votes wins if playoffs. You may not change or delete your vote once a vote has been made.
2. All yours players must play a minimum of 8 minutes.
