Cleveland holding a lot of leverage here and letting it be known. If they can't get an extra 1st or a guy like Rozier then the Cavs might just discard the trade.
Personally, I think it's a fair trade but keep in mind the Cavs don't want to help out the Celtics in their desperate need of a PG.
Really, the Bucks offer fits a lot of the Cavs desires (a young & talented team-oriented PG in Brogdon, a sharp shooter like the one the Cavs already tried to trade Irving for and got denied, and a 1st). I wouldn't be surprised to see Irving traded here in the end.
