Do that he is a Allstar top 20 player at the least. The thing is he does one too often and other too little.

Essentially. He does need to be a leader in terms of giving the consistent effort. He let himself become discouraged last season, and that was unprofessional. I'm going hope this is obvious to Andre.

Well I would say that Drummond should never ever post up.

If he got deep position give him the ball.

He scores 0.73 points per possessions on post ups which is simply horrid and is good enough to rank 90th out of 99 players that do it regularly. So I'd stop it completely

The reason he is so horrid is due to his poor positioning. He has a decent enough hook shot, he just shoots it from too far away. If he shot it 5 feet away or less, he would be fine.

Does that number factor in FTs as well after getting fouled on post ups? If not, he is much much worse than 90th. If it does factor it in, there still might be hope for him down low.

I believe it does factor in FTs. But how much stock do you put in Drummond improving on that dept? He's going into his 6th year in the league and he is BY A MILE the worst FT shooter in the history of the NBA.
So yeah the only hope for Drummond is that he becomes a defensive beast, and molds his game after DeAndre Jordan's.

How many shots does Dre rush in the low post because he wants to get it up before he's fouled. It he had good positioning his guard would be much more likely to foul him on purpose given you're trading two points on the easy bunny /dunk for one or none with his crud FT's.

And still get deep position I'm sure most teams wouldn't want their starting center hacking at a guy all night
