If anyone wants a free legal stream use https://www.telekomsport.de/basketball/eurobasket2017
I guess you would need a german proxy but that should be doable.

https://www.telekomsport.de/basketball/eurobasket2017/programm
Here is the list of the games that they are going to stream. If you want to watch a game just hover over the game and click "ANSEHEN" and thats it.

I am at hartwall Arena in Helsinki. Slovenia-Poland 53-46. Dragic upsets me, he defends with hands and there is no call. On the other side, a lot of floaping. Doncic and Prepelic, it looks like more basket ball :)
For Poland, hopefully Slaughter, Ponitka and Cel are here. Too much garbage with Waczynski and Karnowski (for him, gap is too huge between NCAA and Eurobasket)

Attendance is very low, less than 200. Maybe there will ne more people for 2nd game with Island.
Frank Ntilikina is a play-off player, but he goes to the Hornets.

Paris 2024 (Starters):
Ntilikina - Malédon - Hayes
Coulibaly - De Colo
TLC - Rupert or Risacher
Wembanyama- Yabusele
Embiid- Poirier - Lessort [without Embiid: Fall]

Odds for Slovenia were -250 (or 1.4). Not great odds, but probably easiest money to be made in day 1.

Doncic will have a good NBA career, but he isn't a game changer nor a top prospect for me. I think it's overrated, just like any Euro-prospect nowadays who plays at a decent/good level in a top european team as a teenager who later comes to the NBA without even dominate in Europe.
Great IQ, decent athleticism, great lenght and decent shooting hability, but I don't see him as leader.
When this account gets more "And1"s than posts written ...then my life will be complete. And maybe it will be the right time to hang it up. (Achieved on 2017-2018 season)...but still here.

He just turned 18 and has never played an NBA game. I see all these youtube videos of him being the best prospect ever and so on.

We should just stop judging and hyping him, it will just raise expectations until everybody expects him to be a Lebron type player and nobody ever said he would be as good as Lebron (I hope).

I see him as leader. Not a primary scorer, but its more to leadership then being a number 1 option. He looks Steve Nash Jason Kidd type, he plays commanding role at age 18, looks like a strong presence. Even when his shot is completely off like today, he is contributing in all the other areas. Whats not to like?

There are different types of leaders. Rubio were a leader in the Wolves, a leader in the floor, a leader to make the right plays plus making his teammates better...but he is not a leader whoi leads you for a champion or even a great run at the playoffs.
In my opinion, he's more flashy than productive, but still a productive player with a great impact on the floor. It's a nice piece to use to build a great core, but not to built around him.

Hezonja was a rotational player for Barcelona as well.

Hezonja, know he looks like a bust.
Saric, Mirotic. Overrated prospects, although Saric has a fantastic future and has the chance to become an all-star someday.
Mirotic was always overrated, don't get me wrong, he's a good player if he is properly used in a great enviroment, but I will always remember the threads comparing him to Kukoc during his NBA 1st year...with lots of people expecting him to have a better career than Kukoc.

yeah true
Although Saric and Mirotic really emerged at around 20 years old, to be a rotational piece for a true top euro club like Real at 18 years old is very rare

I think Doncic is a definitely better than Mirotic probably a little better than Saric, but not by much.
