I have watched 3 complete games so far...

Montenegro-Hungary, Slovenia-Poland and Spain-Montenegro and I want to say that the level of competition is really low.

It is a shame because so many great players are not in the competition and the organization allow 24 teams to compete, some of them really weak.

Teodosic, Kalinic, Bjelica, Jokic and Raduljica + 7 random players is a better team than the one we sent :(

Greece is really bad this year, we haven't the talent, shooting, athleticism or cohesion to be a threat. Also, our Cs can't guard a chair

Personally, I love the fact there are more teams and far more games. As long as games are close, I find it very enjoyable. Granted, I spend all summer watching FIBA junior tournaments, so I get acclimated to worse competition. One big negative tho, it seems that group tournaments are hosted by nations that care not about basketball, so the crowds and atmosphere is very poor. Maybe its just the fact that most games are in the middle of the day, but still is a big reminder that basketball is a B grade sport that most people don't care about.

Don't know about the numbers in other games, but Finland's games are sold out.

Turkey and Israel games too, or at least at 90% full capacity.

Thanasis is the only one who should be on this team IMO, everybody else is too old/tired/injured/bored/bald

Greece almost turned the game around when they went small-ball leaving their glacier-slow Cs ath the bench. Too bad we can't do this for extended periods of time, because we have only 4 perimeter players in our roster alongside a trillion Forwards and a 3 similar Cs...
