Definitely. How many athletes, actors, and public figures would be willing to take random pics in or around their home with fans? Also, people working in businesses that service atheletes/stars/public figures should never ask for autographs or photos. It's called a professional courtesy. Seriously, I'm not mad at Kyrie at all for not snapping a photo with you. I'd actually be pissed if he did.

I fully agree. The appropriate stance is to let the star in question speak or act first. You just do your job and respond only at the other's initiation.

The "beast" and photo request are really over the top.

Just because you are a fan he doesn't owe you a picture or need to engage in small talk with you. That doesn't mean he is not all upstairs. But imagine that every person you met wanted a picture with you or to talk to you while you were just trying to live your life. It would get annoying at some point.

Man, your response here comes off like the textbook definition of butthurt. Don't take it so hard.

It's hard to pinpoint why exactly your post elicited such a negative response, but it may partially be that you met a player that many of us have been fretting over for the past few weeks, hoping that a deal would go through where he'd join the Celtics. Kyrie came to the city and said all the right things in front of the microphone about the city, the team and the fans. And by his own admission, he likes to have his own life ("reality" as he called it) to see his family, work with his new teammates, etc. You claim to have met him in a business setting, and as a faithful fan, of course you wanted to meet him, wish him success here and have some acknowledgment from him.

All well and good so far. But when you didn't get your wish fulfilled, you come on here and call the guy a quote, "IGNORANT LIL douche".

Did you expect some sort of sympathy here? OK, maybe Kyrie puts on the shine in front of the cameras, but prefers to have his private life respected and his family to feel secure in their potential new digs. Or maybe he was having a bad day or was just tired. Stuff happens.

Years ago I used to do photo shoots in San Francisco. We worked with some of the 49er players. Under terms of contract, we were not allowed to even speak to Joe Montana or would be terminated immediately. On the other hand, Jerry Rice signed every polaroid test I handed and played catch with me while we set up the shot. Different strokes, as they say.

Don't want to rattle your cage anymore than necessary, but you kinda asked for it with your OP. Anyway, don't let the bastards get you down.

I do seem to recall some lame building superintendent story last year. Good call. I had forgotten.

I know I said I won't post anymore and believe me I won't. I dont get any reason nor satisfaction to lie about some stupid stuff to be "cool". But IF anyone needs a proof and if anyone wants to validate what I said feel free to stop by 135 Clarendon St/Stuart st, PM here and I will gladly come out and give you a tour of the property myself and show you some stuff. I worked for top property management companies including Greystar, UDR, Winn Residential. I opened Wateramark Seaport 85 Seaport BLVD, also opened YOTEL first micro "cabin" hotel in Boston. If you think Kyrie is the first celebrity I met, crossed paths with think again. I am more involved in the resident relations then my property managers would ever be. I know how to treat VIP clients. I wasn't all over the guy like some of you assume. Any potential modification in his unit would first go through me, nobody else. So for those that are doubting this post I PERSONALLY invite you, come meet me face to face, if its after 5pm we can grab a beer at POST 390 restaurant inside the building, and you will change you mind about me. Never judge someone online, and make bald judgements.

1. If you are going to post something with privately-obtained facts whose credibility will obviously be in doubt, WRITE CLEARLY.

2. Bill Russell refused to sign autographs. He is popular around here even so.

I've come across a lot of big time celebs over the last year years.

Vince Vaughn literally popped in front of me on a hiking trail a few years ago. I'm a big fan of the guy. He was walking down the trail with a friend and I was walking up with my cousin. And I was like, Vince Vaughn, you're the man! And as we passed each other, I extended my arm and we fist bumped. Then when we were about 20 feet apart, he turned back and shouted out, have a good Sunday, guys.

He was really cool because I was really cool with him. I didn't stop by and ask to take a picture or anything like that. These guys are regular human beings that want to be left alone sometimes without taking pics or signing autographs. And I had heard Vince was an **** in person. But he was pretty cool with me on that day because I didn't want anything from the guy. Just said what's up, fist bumped and went our separate ways.

Is 'grab a beer' a euphemism for meet me at the gym in Brookline?

If you're not lying, I wouldn't be posting all this information about my work and acting unprofessionally towards a potential resident. Not worth losing your job over.

You know how I know you're lying? Most of the comments to you have been about you being out of line. Yet, you keep offering proof that you met him. Nobody even denied that. They just pointed out that you were too pushy.
