COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEEK 2 DISCUSSION

Post#1 » by bleu » Wed Sep 6, 2017 10:11 pm

Tons of interesting games and storylines this week in college football. The big obvious one is Oklahoma - Ohio State, which should be a very good game. I'm also looking forward to seeing Western Michigan vs Michigan State, Clemson vs Auburn, and the game everyone around me (in Utah) can't stop talking about, Utah vs. BYU. Saturday can't come soon enough!

I predicted Oklahoma to win the national title this year. So of course, Oklahoma will win big game vs Ohio state this Saturday.

UW's home opener this week against Montana. I'll be at the game. I think we'll win this one.

Both AZ schools have better games than usual too. AZ is a slight underdog at home against Houston and ASU is a fg favorite against SD State. Neither team is expected to be good, but those are not terrible opponents either, so it could make for good games.

I think that San Diego State will be very good this year, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see them win by a bit today. IMO both Arizona schools are in desperate need of a coaching change.

This Louisville - North Carolina game has been a very good one so far. ACC football has become so fun to watch over the past few years. Lamar Jackson has clearly gotten even better than last season, which is scary.

iowa-iowa st is going ok, rough start but the hawks got back on track

we're not out of the woods though, just need the defense to continue to hold and the offense to avoid major mistakes

also david montgomery is very elusive, he's pretty good

ive bitched about this the last few years but i hate that the networks are scheduling what looks to be the 3 best games in terms of rankings at the same damn time.

especially espn, why put clemson/auburn on right as the ohio st/oklahoma game is going? and on top of that fox is showing stanford/usc then too

Lamar Jackson is just fun to watch unless he's playing against your team. And as he doesn't play against USC... he's fun to watch.

he couldn't do anything in the first half but now he's like barry sanders crossed with marshawn lynch
