Cubs in 2003 and Cubs in 2007 After 100 Games

Post#1 » by SportsWorld » Fri Jul 27, 2007 7:34 am

2003: 50-50, 3rd place in NL Central (5.5 games behind Houston), not in Wild Card contention.

2007: 53-47, 2nd place in NL Central (2 games behind Milwaukee), 3rd place in Wild Card (1 game behind Arizona).

Very Interesting

2004 was very depressing.
Let's forget that year.

Yeah, 2003 was great. Only good times are associated with that season.

Lofton would have been a good signing this year. But knowing Hendry, we probably would have lost Pie for him.

I have completely erased that year from my memory. I don't even remember that year clearly.

Wait, there was a 300 game winner on our team and a future hall of famer on that team!? I don't remember him!
