Draft Tournament: Round 1

1st Round Rules:
- 16 participants
- must select 8 players (using 8 minute minimum for rotations)
- draft order: randomized
- draft sequence: ABBABABA
- clock begins officially tomorrow (Wednesday 9/13) at 9:00AM EST, but feel free to make your pick as soon as you are up
- once the clock starts, participants have 2 hour windows to make their pick before getting skipped
- players must have played at least half of the RS games during the chosen season
- 90 FGA limit
- eligible seasons: 1975-1976 through 2016-2017
- 15 randomized teams used for player pool: MIL, BKN, HOU, MEM, PHI, LAC, SAS, OKC, NOP, ATL, SAC, TOR, IND, DET, MIA
- chosen seasons must comply with team restrictions (ex: HOU TMac is available but not ORL TMac)
