As promised, I'm starting a Player of the Day series to tide us over through the long offseason. With weekend skips it should eat at least a little of the time leading up to training camp. Hope you guys enjoy.

I thought you already got rid of him. Why would you keep him after last season's horrendous performance?

Can't believe they are even considering it. He's a bad third string pg, guys like him are a dime a dozen for 10 day contracts, etc. Can't think of a worse pg in the league last year, especially on playoff teams.

2) He can't be worse, but not enough for for it to matter.

Because we will see Westbrook-Felton-Christon lineups. Just like we saw Westbrook-Cole-Christon lineups.

For defensive purposes. Or something like that.

I preferred cole, but would be happier with neither. Really no excuse to give a guy like that any run on this year's team
