2nd Round Rules:
- 8 participants
- must select 8 players (using 8 minute minimum for rotations)
- draft order: randomized
- draft sequence: ABBABABA
- clock begins officially today (Thursday 9/21) at 5:00PM EST, but feel free to make your pick as soon as you are up
- once the clock starts, participants have 3 hour windows to make their pick before getting skipped (clock turns off from 12AM-8AM)
- players must have played at least half of the RS games during the chosen season
- 90 FGA limit
- eligible seasons: 1975-1976 through 2016-2017
- 10 randomized teams used for player pool: CHA, WAS, CHI, UTA, NYK, DEN, MIN, CLE, PHX, DAL
- chosen seasons must comply with team restrictions (ex: WAS Webber is available but not SAC Webber)
