The difference in their overall 3pt shooting %s is that only 7% of Melo's attempts fit that criteria, whereas 37% of Anderson's attempts did.

Melo creates most of his own shots. On wide open spot ups, which is what he will be getting a ton of next to Harden and Paul, he is the better shooter.

tomorrow is a big deadline because the camp opening up on Monday and the league offices closed on the weekend. Makes sense if anything was to happen it would happen on friday so that they weren't dealing with the sh*t show on Monday.

If Steve Perry can keep the trade from the media, Ill build a statue of him myself. Like I said this would probably be the announcement of where the new camp will be or something with Jerseys.

Yup something could be already sent to league office and just waiting announcement. Seems strange to hold a press conference for anything but this when media day is the next working day and anything else could be announced then (like uniform unvail ect)

Wouldn't those things be exactly what "media" day is for? Which would be the next working day. Makes no sense to hold a press confrence to unvail something that make sense to announce on media day.

Actually yeah that's a good point. Why would they schedule a press conference for jersey unveiling if media day is literally 3 days after?

phil got fired right after he suggested a buyout. it's not happening. even so, you don't hold a press conference to announce you're gonna eat 40 plus million.
