Mills definitively and flatly said "no" in regards to a Melo buyout.

That's set in stone, unless Melo is agreeing to drop that second year right now.

Nothing. His "camp" is cautiously optimistic that a trade is going to happen before Monday. Melo himself hasn't made any comments.
