Bowman isn't himself on short notice. Tartt went out a while ago. Again, my intention was for things to start a list of why it looks the way it does.

I have no desire to get into the differences between Seattle and St. Louis. How teams look this way or that way against this quality of team or that quality of team is a funny, funny thing.

Yes, he's done well against the 49ers and Colts (w/o Vontae Davis). It's definitely progress from Goff, but he's still just going to be a game manager in this league. NOT A FRANCHISE QB.
