Oh and DSJ already tore his ACL. That's a ticking time bomb.

But keep getting hyped over players because they can jump.

You will be changing your tag to tankcommander 20. Then tankcommander 23. Tankcommander 26.

DSJ might be a bust. And he might end up being a terrible basketball player in the league. But my point was that you don't know that yet. He hasn't played a game and you are already labeling him Steve Francis/a player you can't win with.

Yet you are hyping Frank who hasn't played a game either just because he is a Knick. Stop being a homer and at least let the kids play some games to make a determination.

Both can be good players in the league. Both can stink. But give them a chance. Stop bashing players just because they are on another team. That is juvenile.

I'm not saying any of that. I don't know who will bust and who won't. I don't know the future. If I did I wouldn't waste time posting on a basketball forum.

What I am saying is that a player like Frank, with his physical attributes is more conducive to winning than midget shoot first pgs. The next time a player like Rose/Marbury/Francis leads a team to a title will be the first time.

Frank's physical attributes? Are you kidding me? There have been longer, faster, stronger scrubs. He hasn't played a game. But because he got drafted by the team you like "oh he is a better winning player based on 0 games played and just because he is on my team". Whatever

They have like 4 guys who are insiders there. Cyberex, bballholic and some other two dudes. Cyberex is as legit as they come. The other 3 seem legit too.

The thing is everyone is so skeptical because not everything they say happens. I remember Cyberex saying Dwight was going to the Warriors after they lost to the cavs. Remember how their gm/owner was hinting they were going to go bigger the following year. But then Durant fell on their laps and things changed.

The thing all insiders say is things change rapidly in the nba. Nothing is 100% until it is done.

Remember CARRRRRLLLLL. He had the Kidd story down. He definitely had a source. But then he came with that Lebron+Melo bs. And he lost his credibility. I am sure someone had told him that this was Phil's plan and he ran with it. I for one am thankful they try to give out what they know.

Frank has been a pro for years, facing better comp than DSJ has ever faced. He's not an unproven entity by any stretch.

An inch shorter? Hmmmmm....this isn't considering his average wingspan neither.... He's closer to IT in make up than he is to Curry, that much is clear. Not quite a smurfy but a scorer that will struggle to defend no matter how much energy he gives if he even gives any, that's not a given. He's not in the mold of CP3, he hasn't shown it even remotely in his mindset.

Image

Sure he may turn out to be a great scorer and capable playmaker in the NBA but I cannot imagine the mess he would have been in NY with the circus like atmosphere that swirls around the Knicks with his quitter attitude. The franchise needs a tough minded player as a stable influence not rattled by adversity.

He is unproven in the nba. So many euros have had the same "they have been pros since 15 and face better competition" moniker and so many have been busts. For every KP there is a Mario Hezonja.

Both DSJ and Frank are unproven in the nba. And that is where it matters.

Who is the third team?

"According to a source, the Knicks also reached out recently to a third team they think Anthony would waive his no-trade clause to join. That team, according to a source, is not the Blazers,"

Considering the link says knicks-reached-cavs, I'd say Cleveland
BaF Lakers:

Nikola Topic/Grayson Allen
Shaedon Sharpe/Malik Beasley
Keldon Johnson/Jett Howard
Cam Whitmore/Taylor Hendricks
Alex Sarr/Kyle Filipowski

Bench: Clint Capela/Bojan Bogdanovic/Leonard Miller

Adrian Wojnarowski @wojespn
Story filed to ESPN: Carmelo Anthony has expanded the list of teams with which he'd accept a trade -- including the Cleveland Cavaliers.

if we're able to finesse the cavs for their nets pick, perry should be named GM of the year
