even though the entire team collectively had great years, melo wasn't the sole reason knicks won 50+

Without Melo, they win 30 games, tops

lol, okay?

melo's tenure with the knicks has been a failure and today it has ended. deal with it.

Failure, because this dumb Fo, doesn't know how to bulld a team around someone. They couldn't follow a simple, "Melo at the 4+ pass first PG" formula

I agree! It's almost Ewing all over again.

He deserved better than he was treated here and I wouldn't be too upset if he killed us everytime we we see him again.

We earned what's coming to us.

We are trying to be Players in Free Agency a promise of Troll City is not going to encourage them to come here lol

Why would anyone willingly come here?

The last couple of years was a textbook case of a hostile work environment.

If this was really corporate America, The Knicks organization would have had a nice law suit coming.

Stop all the bitching and send some appreciation to the man Melo.... we really only surrounded him with talent for one year (JKidd era)... one man can't do it alone period. He tried. He put up with the zhit, but at the end ... he embraced our young talent (KP, Willy etc) to take over. All players said they respect his hard work and dedication to whatever team he was on.... Im going by player, insider words...Respect to Melo.. best of luck.

It's the only thing that's left to do, chief. The talent is not willingly coming here in the near future. If we sign someone through free agency with quasi-potential, we'll have to overpay similar to THJ. But signing all star talent is extremely unlikely.

We'll keep getting hopefully former head cases like Beasley and crossing our fingers that the stars align.

I would not be surprised if Porzingis is eyeing the door the first opportunity he gets.

This is why you're not a Knicks fan and all the Melo fanboys who decided to and 1 your post.

You're constantly taking shots at KP trying to say we won't have another player like Melo.

Actually you might be right since KP isn't an ISO ballhog who doesn't play defense.

With Frank, KP and Willy I feel we have executed this plan since Phil.. Don't throw tomatoes at me I am just saying we have slowly moved in the right direction. I was a Phil endorser but I love our new GM. I was clearly wrong on that one

The Failure belongs to the organization and prior GM's not his own
