At least with a nice lead we can let Vargas go for awhile, maybe even get into the 7th for awhile. Save the pen.

I'm surprised Tony doesn't just leave Maroth out there.

Someone needs to go Tonya Harding on that guy. Or would it make more sense to say Nancy Kerrigan on that guy? Whatever, you all know what I mean.

Vargas will get to the 7th inning for the first time this season but he's starting to get hit in the 6th, just like always.

YEah I barely heard that and was wondering if it really happened or if I was hearing something. I heard some interesting news today though. I heard from some guys who Know Bob Ueker pretty well and they say that he comes off like he would be a nice guy on the radio but that in person he is pretty much a jerk. You ever hear anything like that MD? I wouldn't doubt it since he is such a big local celeb and probably gets bothered all the time. However then I think about how nice Jon McGlocklin(sp?) is in person and then I have a hard time gicing Uek a pass. The guys who I heard this from are pretty well connected to the local sports market so I trust them.
