Because he "sounds" smarter?

He's from Louisiana and has an accent. EP isn't dumb.

He also said he thinks Orlando has a top 3 jersey league wide and the 92 pinstripes is the best jersey ever.

I'm not sure if this is the 4th jersey they're releasing in a couple weeks, I would assume so.

The magic definitely have one of the nicer jerseies in the league. To harp on them my cousin works for Nike marketing and he says the magic are one of the main teams in the NBA trying to implement and tap into the jersey segment with Nike. They are allowing then to try what ever they want with new technology and custom features the jerseies will have. Supposly the new jerseies will have chips in them that allows for custom experience and chance to check updates and scores along with winning special prizes and such. Seems cool and different

Every team has that I think, part of the new Nike era. It's called "Smart jersey".

Just watched media on Facebook live with Dante and either AG is now 6'11 or Bismack is actually 6'7 I'm thinking the latter.

They had individual interviews with press in front of the regular black backdrop with magic logos, but they weren't airing them live and I haven't seen any posted yet. Media day sucked more than usual this year... terribly organized and slow to push content to fans. I haven't seen third party media post much either... is everyone on vacation or something?

They're reverse jinxing the season. Too much hype and exposure during the last 4-5 years of media days. Go in with low expectations and visibility and bam, playoffs.

The media day facebook stream was definitely the worst. I have no clue why they went with Dante walking around trying to find people to talk to, instead of having an interview station that players go to throughout their rounds like they have done every year. It works so much better that way.

Anyways, I'm very exciting camp is starting this morning. I know we probably say this every year, but I'm excited about this team and the growth that I hope they make this year. I like the overall attitude of the players going into camp. They seem ready to battle and grow, and aren't so concerned with playoffs right now. Last year everyone was saying playoffs after the Ibaka deal, and obviously things dont go that way. So they shouldnt get ahead of themselves. Focus on getting better individually and as a team, and the other long term goals will come in time.

I'll sacrifice myself to spend a day in Amway during next media day if Alex Martins will let me in, and I'll handle all the interviews and coverage for you guys. I am sure I can do alright.

They were doing interviews all day but the only thing the fans get to see is a half hour of the players running away from Dante when they saw he had a mic. Pure magic

All the talk of EP's hair has let Isaac get away with that shocking monstrosity on his head.

Did not see Alex Martins at media day with Dante so that is a win for the board I'm sure.
