Draft Tournament: Final Round

Final Round Rules:
- 4 participants
- must select 8 players (using 8 minute minimum for rotations)
- draft order: randomized
- draft sequence: ABBABABA
- clock begins officially today (Wednesday 9/27) at 5:00PM EST, but feel free to make your pick as soon as you are up
- once the clock starts, participants have 4 hour windows to make their pick before getting skipped (clock turns off from 12AM-8AM)
- players must have played at least half of the RS games during the chosen season
- 90 FGA limit
- eligible seasons: 1975-1976 through 2016-2017
- 5 randomized teams used for player pool: GSW, ORL, LAL, BOS, POR
- chosen seasons must comply with team restrictions (ex: GSW Durant is available but not OKC Durant)
