Everyone who says we should trade Lance - should be banned.

An amazing and emotional read, had me tear up a couple times I am not going to lie.

That said I still want to trade Lance.

Why tho?

You need vets on the team!

Lance was always regarded as a good locker room presence.

KP even wanted him signed after 15/16 season.

Last year he was awful - but that mainly because he was always injured..

I don't like his game really, and I think last year we got to see who he really is. I could be wrong but I feel the injuries will dog him the rest of his career. I also feel he is overpaid for what he can offer us, and that bothers me no matter who the player is. Lastly I think we need a qualified starting small forward and we have a glut of players right now packaging Lance with another player could net us an upgrade at the starting SF position.

Just my opinions.

I was upset at Tyson being traded but got over it quickly. This one is going to take a minute. The season needs to hurry up so I can heal and watch my Knicks...and complain about them being clueless. You know, normal stuff.

I get it. And technically to the same franchise - Sonics/Thunder. I remember seeing him in that jersey for the first time and it was awful.

In this case, you can take solace that it was probably best for both parties. Melo will probably have some vintage years with stacked teams before the real decline sets in. Pat was cooked and when he was traded, finally gave up the ghost a bit and accepted being a role player.

Yeah I was about to say the same thing. Pat was super Toast when he was traded. Melo has much more left than Pat did. Pat was also way ore stubborn at the end than Melo. I Loved Ewing, but it did not bother me seeing him traded. It was more weird than anything.

Amazing read. I love LT as a person, but his game not so much, unless he’s hitting his threes more consistently. Great read nonetheless

It almost had to be KP, innit? Maybe Justin. Who else would think it was a good idea?

It was a rook that thought he was nice. Points to no handle Randle.

Could be. I was looking at players that are actually good/decent but Randle thought he was a lot better than he was. Justin/KP would probably know better.

No where did it say it was a rookie. Just a young player.

It definitely has to be KP tho. This struck me as well:

At one point you look up at the guy and say, “You know what island you on?”

I dunno, could mean nothing. To me it just seems like it would have to be KP. No way Randle would ever challenge Melo.

KP tries to emulate Melo. It wasn't him. KP loves Melo to death.

I can imagine a European kid so yeah. Kuz is too quiet for that talking, Willy yeah about the same but idk, Sasha wouldn’t. Maybe it was KP. But I don’t think KP would really trash talk Melo
