I'm interested in jumping up from #9 to #6-8. It will definitely come with the main sweetener of you moving up to #20 from your 20+ pick.

Take a good long look at those top 20 big boards fellas. The talent level starts dropping off mighty quick right there..

No way! Now that it's started, just roll on. If Stick doesn't join by the end of the 1st round, let's just find another player.

Alternatively, one way to speed things up could be by having an autodraft list that everyone is aware of. Could just be Yahoo's basic player rankings. So, if you miss your slot without having passed a selection on to someone else, you just get whoever is at the top of that autodraft list? That way rosters fill out faster.

yes its an option but
hate online draft the one I cant participate due to timezones
and yahoo prelists always make you end up with half of the roster injured if you arent carefull you forget get rid of some guys from that list you end up with Lavines and ITs of the NBA drafted in 2nd and 3rd round for example in other words ur team is effed
that kind of kills main fun and point of doing the league at all(at least for me)

also if you find someone to replace stick we end up in a weird unfair situation cause why that person gets no 1 pick?He didnt win the league he didnt advance via Bleague...it messes all things up either all should move one spot which cant be done when we start without stick and pass him >_>

So I hope he will show up

Yeah, fair call about a backup draft list.

As for replacing Stick, it would end up that everyone just slides up a spot. #2 becomes #1, and so on. And Stick's replacement would become the new #14.

But hopefully he shows up soon. He's been a long term fixture of the league.

Yep, I got it. I don't check that email addy all that often though. Need to get back in the habit now that we're in draft mode.

Don't forget my mail changed to dsg7071 at gmail. And its all good what you decide to do Skin, I appreciate the efforts.

I'd love to draft fast like all of us but I can ride it out close to the regular season opener if we have some slow moments (worst case). I like the new draft clock, and maybe if it gets too close to comfort to the season opener, we would have like 70% of our teams drafted and could just do a sort of auto-draft with everyone sending in their draft list (if we'd have to do this a couple days before the season opener, it'd be like simply sending in a 155-210 list).

though according to some as PrimeShaq Im 13 so I feel flattered as I joined this forum in 2005 I guess Im kind of wonderkid as I was able to post here at such a young age.

I reactivated the league, sent out new invites, set up a check in thread, waited for everyone to check in, organized a draft thread, sent out a mass email communicated through Yahoo (and verified here that folks got it), waited over 30 hours for the 1st pick, and now you want me to wipe your ass too??? gtfo

I don't know why people gave me email addresses if they don't check it.
