I think Chad Johnson used to eat McDonalds pretty frequently in his Pro Bowl years. I think Markelle can burn that off.

Iverson ate Taco Bell everyday and won the MVP. I could care less what a 19 year old eats. If he can play he can play. Fultz's diet is the least of my concerns.

For those blowing his free throw form out of proportion, supposedly he was going back and forth after practice, so he's probably just trying to figure out some stuff.

I don't necessarily agree, but it's the same on twitter and reddit and everywhere fans discuss sports, fans are always going to be analyzing, and over analyzing. Just don't let everyone's differing opinions get to you.

Yeah back in the day we had no clue what they were doing. Least we know he is working on it, good enough for me.

While I like Ball as a prospect, we have had questions on who would run the point between Fultz or Simmons. If we had drafted Ball, how would that question go at that point....I mean Brown had said before he wanted Simmons at the point, now what.

So we make them both mad and they want out in a few years, as Ball would want to leave anyway cause his daddy said so. Then Ball and Simmons can't shoot, and in Ball's case its going to get bad with a defender on that left. I can see the debate, and I understand it, but from a franchise standpoint, I just don't see how it would make since for the Sixers.

There were and still are a lot of questions about Fultz. He seemed like he may be a better shooter but who knows. I’m not sold on his D. I wasn’t impressed with it in college or in Summer League. The thing that most concerned me was his lack of quickness and ability to separate from his defender. People swear to me he has above average athleticism and creates separation but I didn’t see it. To me he projects to an average NBA athlete similar to Jrue Holiday. Eh. He doesn’t seem quick enough to be able to guard guards. We will see soon enough though. We will see in a few days.

I don’t see what Fultz does better than Donovan Mitchell. Mitchell is the more complete player and plays both ends well.

I don’t think he’s as good as Ball.

DSJ is much more explosive and can create separation.

Fox is the most explosive player in the draft. If he gets a respectable jumper he may become the best player in the draft.

So four guards are close in talent and I can see all four being the better NBA player. I could see Fultz being the 5th best guard from this class and maybe lower.

Dude do you really think this is the first time we've heard you say this? Nothing new here... Please give it a rest...

I think J'rue Holiday is a realistic outcome for Fultz. If he can get to that level, he can help this team in the future.

Agreed. A healthy Jrue is an allstar though.

He could turn out better, but Jrue is a good wheelhouse for him.

fultz is the best prospect in the draft. my opinion hasn't wavered on this subject since the 2nd week of the college basketball season.

And followed that up with a post-game TGI Fridays stop. Having seen him there many times, I can attest that he was not ordering salads when he was there.

And after TGI Fridays it was on to Gotham nightclub on Delaware avenue and after that on to Palmer's after-hours club on Spring Garden...

They don't but I'd like to read actual basketball discussions. Not Fultz is fat, Simmons is afraid to post pictures on instagram if he doesn't look handsome.

Those are actual things that gets posted on here.

It's honestly incredible how easily some people get offended over the slightest criticism for their favorite spots hero who they've never met.

I think the Fultz criticism will settle down as the season progresses. A lot of people just wanted other players from this draft.

I expect him to play well and show tremendous potential this year, and we will eventually start focusing on what he CAN do instead of what he CAN’T do .

This is false. It's 3-4 of the same people coming in here banging their head against the wall posting verbal diarrhea. A lot of these same people were trying to be contrarians throughout the whole college season and funnily enough those same people for some reason have 3 of the top 4 post in this thread. Some people would call it trolling/baiting but hey I don't mod here.
