That's a bit knee-jerk reaction isn't it? Last pick was only 7hr ago wasn't it?

A fantasy draft isn't everything life and people have different priorities and stuff does pop up...

5hr is way too soon - someone could go to bed, sleep for 6-7hr and miss their pick!

12hr is standard, plus something like that needs to be put to vote yeah?

I get the frustration but this is a pretty competitive, fun, international fantasy league - so from time to time there will be hiccups as we're all littered around the world.

10 hours has been the norm. As posted in the OP, 10 hours was the limit, but the time would change as we get to later rounds in the draft. Ok, maybe 5hrs is too quick. 7 hours? IDK, it just sucks that it feels like its been dragging on longer than in years past. I remember a time when we would knock out a entire round in a day, now we are lucky to see 4 picks (6 if its the end of a round with back2backs). I also know that most of us do know who the international participants are, so there will be some leeway given on account of completely opposite timezones.

I also do check peoples last logins as well. Unfortunately b-ball hasnt logged in since around 1am.

Think of the 7 hour limit as a NBA softcap.

Actual it does to the 2 people in between, as they might be on sooner and not later, so it would suck if the picks roll in later than need be, and say BW has to log off early, thus meaning that Ulquiorra dosent get to draft at his normal crazy hour. Its a butterfly effect.

I don't think you can change the time limit when people need to sleep. I just went out of town too and will be out for a good 8 hour chunk in the middle of the day the next two days. I probably won't be up then and can probably check in briefly, but I think we are fine. People just seem to be getting on the clock right at like 1-2 am in their time zone fairly often, which has been unfortunate.
