Downtown Portland seems something of an enigma to me. It just doesn't seem possible that so many businesses could be profitable for a city that isn't really that big overall. It feels like the downtown area is about 50 times larger than Phoenix's, yet only has about 1/10 of the population. I really enjoyed spending time in Portland.

Not sure what I want to do really. Just sending massive amounts of resumes. Most of my recent experience is in QA or customer service office jobs. Thought I had a job with a marketing/print company in Tualatin locked up, but they never called me back. Have a phone interview on Thursday with a gaming company startup that supports esports and streaming, which actually sounds awesome and really hoping that works out. Seems everywhere wants years of really specific job experience and then only pays like... $11/hr.

Was hoping I'd be able to sneak into a beertending job at Culmination Brewery since my friend works for them, but no one leaves an easy bartending job where you don't even have to mix drinks.

Downtown is just way to dudebro for me. Can't deal with the frat dudes everywhere. Only time I go down there is for shows at Dante's occasionally. I just stick to SE since everything I need is in my neighborhood.

Could be 7:30 on NBATV because the Rockets v Thunder game is on NBATV and will still be going on until around then
