Vegan Jah admits to eating a good piece of fish from time to time. which i guess makes him...Pescetarian Jah? but if his knee ain't throbbing and he's willing to put in the work on his cardio/defense/range/kickouts, then best of luck to him. (and us. time we broke with tradition and started getting our broken centers healed and playing for us again.)

Even herbivores like triceratops, stegasauras and ankylosaurus can be bad ass.

I'm rootin' hard for the guy. He was dealt a tough hand in regards to his NBA career and I appreciate that he had the fortitude to commit to bettering his diet in hopes of turning his career around. Outside of that one Boston incident, he's put his head down and seemingly been a great teammate (much better than Nerlens).

He's no superstar, but I always believed that the main issue preventing him from being a contributor was more his conditioning than anything else. One game certainly hasn't proved me right, and he will still have his defensive limitations, but this is a start. Hopefully now his knee won't flare up as much, and he can continue to put cardio work in.

I've always wanted the best for Jah the basketball player. He has had a rough couple of years. But it seems he is getting his act together with his diet his conditioning and I hope his defense improves too. But can we all agree that a player like Jah, that can roll out of bed and give you 20/10 on any given night, does not grow on trees. :D . So he is worthy of a second and third look on the chance he improves his game.
You want it to be one way....but it's the other way.

If Wilt has a decent spin move, he’ll be Vegan Jah.

BTW, Vegan Jah was miles better in defense than Holmes against the Grizz.

Most debated Sixer all time.

Yeah and it wasn't really close. I was wanting Holmes off the court at certain points of that game.

Look at the tape. Jah did a better job in challenging shots. Holmes was off that game and he knew it. He looked frustrated and emotional.

Let's not pretend like either was anywhere near good on defense. Jah was better than Holmes that game, but he was pretty poor as well.

Brandon Wright's length was a difficult challenge for Holmes, Brandon shot well and he blocked Holmes' shot easily.

Jah was a better matchup with his size and length, Redick gave Jah a nice pass in the PnR for an easy layup.

Jah's position and effort on both ends was noticeably better.

Plus minus stats are overrated but VJ ended up +6 and Sherlock -20. Best all around effort for VJ in a long time.
