Eh - he can make the occasional play, but you don't want a steady diet of Dre making decisions in traffic. He'll end up turning the ball over and pickup up charges.

This game is a stark reminder we really need a playmaker without Reggie it isn't gonna work. All fun and game the first half then you see in the 2nd no one can create any type of offense.

Nah, they just stopped moving the ball when CLT turned up the pressure. Guys started trying to do it themselves again and the offense stalled. The defense was not good with Ellenson at the 4 and tobias at the 3, so all the easy transition stuff we were getting dried up too.

We DO need a 1A scoring option that can get buckets when it counts, but that wasn't the reason we blew a 20 point lead. A healthy RJ obviously looks better in 1-on-1 moves than Ish, but we don't want 48 minutes of that from anyone. We need 48 minutes of good ball movement from everyone and then a handful of clutch plays when that breaks down.

Meh they turned the ball over quite a bit all second quarter trying passes that they shouldn't have. Passing the ball for 20 seconds them isoing is what I saw. Defense was suspect but giving up so many turnovers does hinder your defense as well.

Not imo it was more of no one out there could create anything thus it turned into sloppy passing, turnovers, and isos.

Why are people making proclamations about the TEAM based on preseason? Pistons fans are better then this, c'mon folks.

Leave that crap on the Raptors board.

Focus on individual performances for these games. The rotations are all over the place right now and getting any semblance of the team is impossible.

I had 2 questions about the game, as I was unable to watch. I read the entire thread among other things and it really wasn't mentioned. YTF is Ish Smith taking so many shots including those 0-for(s) behind the arc? Dude is a pathetic scorer. He was allowed to shoot more in the latter part of last season... and I suppose now he thinks he has a green light? He needs to play within himself. Anything over 9 shots per game is ridiculous. Henry has not shown any decent ability to play Defense. Still a 3rd stringer, in my book. I'm calling it; Stanley Johnson will be traded before the 2018 Trade Deadline.

Ish shot a lot as the rotations became sloppy and not knowing your teammates doesn't help. I disagree on Henry, and completely agree on Johnson, or at least I hope he's packaged with someone else for a different player.
