Probably the best "amateur" logo I've ever seen.

It puts the clumsy sexual innuendo of the original logo into a more logical Aleister Crowley-type setting.

Eh, I'm glad that the Wizards have de-emphasized the magic/mysticism element of their brand. Let Orlando play that angle. I greatly prefer our current primary, which is styled to look like a campaign button.

At this point, the only aspect of the Wizards' visual brand that evokes sorcery is G-Wiz. Everything else just represents DC and "wizardry" as "mastery."
Always remember, my friend: the world will change again. And you may have to come back through everywhere you've been.

You seem to be discounting the uncanny otherworldliness of EG's cauldron of sorcery

Exactly. To put it another way, this logo perfectly captures the past ten year history of the Wizards. EFG, aka the 'stache, is represented by the sorcerer dude. Ted's phallus is represented by the Washington monument.

In many ways, this is a perfectly signifying hermeneutical graphic description of the sum total of what PIF has written in his impressive oeuvre on the subject of GM malfeasance.
