28-12 half time deficit not too bad. Maybe we can cut it to 28-18 with our opening 2nd half possession.

Artificially down 2 scores now, in a game that we have to win in a shootout. Made something like 100 straight at one point. That one is more on the low snap throwing off the rhythm.

That snap and hold were not bad. That's on Crosby.

Our best defensive play is to just lay on their receivers until a ref pulls us off.

It's amazing we leave House one on one with Bryant. No safety help.

He should still be the #2 when Montgomery comes back. Montgomery is the better receiving option. Gives Rodgers another mismatch out of the backfield. And he's best when he's throwing a high % and getting into a rhythm. Don't think it's about purely who is the best runner.

How is that not holding when they are tackling d-linemen?

Unfortunately we can't have safety help on all 5 receivers.

Surprised they didn't call a timeout with a couple seconds left to score on a hail mary.

Hope that's a confidence builder somehow. Gotta score next half and this is a game.

Were in better position to recover, but still missed it. Lost 3 extra points there probably. There was enough time left on the clock to get into fg range easily. At least that thwarted them scoring points for a change. Nobody expected even that.

True, although we have 100 safeties.

Just tired of either the soft zone with our linebackers that cant cover or acting like receivers like Jones, Bryant, etc. don't require special attention. (in man)

Good point though. Not like we can cover Butler or Beasley.

Score should really be 17-14 which I would be okay with

We basically have a boom or bust defense against good offenses.
