How many ppl here said he looked the best of the backs and should be starting?

He should still be the #2 when Montgomery comes back. Montgomery is the better receiving option. Gives Rodgers another mismatch out of the backfield. And he's best when he's throwing a high % and getting into a rhythm. Don't think it's about purely who is the best runner.

Still sticking with that?

So nice to have a rb who has vision and doesn't just run into the back of his linemen

Jones is our best RB since Ahman Green, he's legit.

That said, he'll probably still be moved to 3rd string when everyone is back lol

I mean, that's clearly PI, he had had Davante's arm locked up.

Probably not a call you expect to get on the road though.

Aikman nailed it. Two down territory, why not Jones?

Playaction would be there too, we just don't use it enough.

I think Rodgers is annoyed as hell with McCarthy.

I mean it seemed pretty clear that Aaron was making all sorts of checks and possible audibles on that play, but sure, definitely MM's fault.

The one thing I worry about with Jones is that he carries the ball a little loosely. He needs to secure it when he's downfield.
