I don't know why any of us would really care what it's named. It's interesting to speculate but at the end of the day it doesn't really matter.

Northwestern Mutual Annuity Arena has a nice ring but NML (or NM as they now like to be called) is out.

I'm not really sure what Foxconn would gain, they are not a consumer/retail company.

johnson Controls, Miller and BMO Harris are on board as sponsors but that's it. Harley is conspicuously missing. I thought they would be involved in some way and maybe they still will be. They're not doing great though and it would be a tough sell to the shareholders to make a significant marketing investment in the new arena.

Foxconn isn't really a widely recognized name, either.

Guess it will be interesting to see what happens. If it's not going to a local company, it could go in a lot of different directions.

So, no Milwaukee Tool Shed? Bummer.

I wonder if Alibaba is interested in naming rights.

If Foxconn, could it be the Sharp Center?

Foxconn isn't consumer brand but I do think they'd benefit from putting their name out there and trying to change their public perception. Not to bring politics into this but strategically Wisconsin wasn't chosen as a location for no reason, better perceptions of Foxconn means a better perception of our economic relationship with China as a whole which obviously effects their bottom line a ton.

GIannis shoe deal with Nike expired at the end of September.$25K a year it was for lol. Adidas is putting on a full court press to sign him. Is there an Adidas arena in the US (or anywhere)? Signing him and doing the naming rights makes some sense.

Is the Foxconn deal finalized? As in it's 100% going to have a plant in Wisconsin?

is the new trolley going to bring people right to the new arena/entertainment district?

if so, it could make lots of sense for Potowatomi....

Nothing is for sure in business but it's on track to begin construction first quarter 2018. Until then anything can happen

Adidas, Nike, Amazon, would be great partners for naming rights.

Not initially although it's part of a future expansion. As for Poto, there is nothing planned to go to the casino although I'm sure the money they are ponying up makes it all but certain it will go there eventually.
