Feigin has been to every press conference involving Foxconn since the potential deal was announced. There's no doubt that's his #1 choice.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

They just bought the rights to the Marcus Ampitheater but I wonder if Am Fam would get in on the bidding.

The $7-$10 million a year the Bucks are seeking would put it in the upper tier in the NBA. But there are a lot of long term deals that will be expiring in the next 5 years. For instance Staples signed a 20 year deal at $116 million, $5.8 million per year, in 1999. It was the largest deal in history but now of course it's small. It will be interesting to see the next naming rights deal the Lakers get on that place.

BMO Harris is only paying the Bucks about $1 million a year now.

Just name it "Gyros Center" and it guarantees Giannis staying with us for life.

Harley has historically been up and down with some struggles, so investing that much money for 20 years just doesn't make sense for them. Personally, I can't believe anyone would really want naming rights on any stadium. It's annoying to all fans, bar none, and hard to believe there is a return on those dollars.
As with all of these owner pocketing money ideas, call it the Charmin Center or Kotex Kourt for all I care.

Depends on the name. I’ve always preferred the name Miller Park over County Stadium.

We could change the name to Walker's Folly afterwards.

It depends on the Company but you get a crap ton of advertising with naming rights, especially if the team starts playing on national television. It's automatically becomes one of the best know brands in the state and has 20k impressions 300 nights a year from people headed to the arena. You get that for $7m for a full year or $5m for a 30-second commercial during the super bowl.

I agree with you, but I would guess many fans will still complain. Jerseys, colors, stadium design, ads on jerseys, etc none of it matters to me, but this board has 100 of pages debating each of those subjects. You would be out of a job if these topics didn't matter.

Spell the Stadium name: Amazon Centre FOR THE INTERNATIONAL CROWD! LETS MAKE A POLL! Lets start a debate! Argue pros and cons damn it! Not enough topics to complain about when there are no games! Start the season already!

Would be funny if Samsung or some other rival got involved just to overshadow Foxconn/Apple in the area.

I'm certainly encouraged by some of the people getting tours stating that the upper level is going to be much closer than what it is currently in the BC, and overall from a basketball perspective it is going to be so much better than the BC's hockey design.

Curious what the first concert will be. I'm guessing it is going to be a fairly significant act.

The Amazon (Fulfillment) Center has a nice ring to it. Seriously though, if it was just called "The Amazon" it would have a pretty cool ring to it.

If it's true and Giannis comes as a guest star I will actually cry.
