Crazy, the last guy of their glorious 2013 team... Really sad seeing him in another jersey than SF.

Guess he'll sign with a contender though, NE needs help on LB...

Raiders picked him up.. 2 down thumper. I like it, Achilles' injuries can take up to 18 months to heal without lingering effects. At 29 years old, plenty of reason to think he can continue to improve as he returns from an Achilles injury that was only 12.5 months ago.

From what I've heard his knees arent a problem at all right now, he's still just not all the way back from his Achilles' injury. By the time he is fully back, he could still have a season or two at a high level. But being asked to play out of position (he's 3-4, not 4-3) and coming back from an injury made him look worse than he is.. so I'm all about this move.
