That was my takeaway. They made the Panthers one-dimensional and there is no way your heroes are going anywhere near a Super Bowl with Cam throwing the ball 50 times in a game.

I feel bad for Luke. Fairly or unfairly - he’s concussion prone. He’s got some tough decisions to make.

As far as the Iggles... clean up the penalties and this is a team that can challenge Green Bay and Atlanta. That defense is completely capable of stuffing anyone’s running game. Which doesn’t bode well for my heroes particularly with their current running game. Which is sparodic at best.

From the looks of it the great quarterbacks have weak supporting casts this season. This is where I'm optimistic about the two 0-5 teams I root for:with some luck(kicking a 60 yard field goal to beat the Giants, a tipped interception bouncing to your defender against the Panthers which basically decided yesterday's game) the Eagles look better than they really are. It can happen to other teams at some point too. I'd like to see the Chiefs dominate teams more before saying I fear them. Other than possibly Kansas City I don't fear any team right now. I'd say football is better because of it personally.

Wow the Eagles might just be the best team in the NFC. IMO they are.

If the Rams can join the Eagles in making the playoffs this year (long way to go), I have to wonder if more middling teams will offer mega deals to jump up to the top of the draft to get QBs.

After this year it looks like that could be the Bengals and Cardinals - teams that finish with a middling record but have QB issues.

Typical Giants move these days: Going for upgrades for the O-line a few days after their season inofficially ended... Why not a month ago?!?! :nonono:

Optimistic about the 0-5 teams, talking smack about teams that are 5-0 and 5-1.

Makes sense.

28 QB's since 1999 for Cleveland.

And they're facing a guy today they could have drafted, but I'm glad they didn't!

Texans defense is pretty terrible as well, but luckily the Browns are the best at turning it over in the red zone.

Thanks for the pick-Schaub, Hogan.

While I'm one of the biggest Watson fans out there, and obviously in hindsight Cleveland should have drafted him, I don't entirely blame them for not. They needed more help elsewhere on the team first, and this next draft class is STACKED with quarterbacks so I'm sure they were looking to the future on that one.

Agreed. I'm just thankful they didn't grab him, and that they took Brock off our hands.

Aaaaand another injury to our defense, Cole gets the interception and promptly gets hurt.

He's been playing so well for us too.

:curse: packers score

we need to take advantage of rodgers being out, not give them opportunities to stay in the game
