If we used timeouts effectively we could be nearing a score with 1 minute and a timeout left.

Ok McCarthy, lets see what you can do without a first ballot hall of fame QB.

MM set the tone when he basically decided to punt at midfield on 3rd down.

Rodgers injury is really going to free up my Sundays.

Set the tone when he refused to take any chances on offense. That happened long before deciding to punt on 4th and 1 from midfield.

Not mail it in once Rodgers went down.

I don't know what that means. I guess Mike could've been more aggressive, but I think you guys are just frustrated. Reading this thread, you'd almost think MM lost this one for us by refusing to unleash Air Hundley or something (I don't mean you specifically).

As he was going down already in someone's grasp.

That's the kind of play that needs to be punished if you're doing anything real about player safety.

Ball was gone. He was going down. The high elbow was solely intended to injure. **** that guy.

The play I'm referring to is the run on 3rd and 7 on Hundley's first play.

The opponent took out your star quarterback - would have like to see a little more fire from the team.

They were shell shocked and it looked like the coaches couldn't get the offense to regain focus.

We'll see how this team looks when they have a full week to prepare for life without Aaron.

Oh, I didn't see any of the game until 6 minutes left in the 2nd quarter.

I had to pop into work this morning for a few hours, so I ended up starting my recording of the game after Rodgers got hurt.

Barr didn't have to drive him into the ground. He could have released him. But, I can't be incredibly upset by it. It was a football play. He didn't try to take his head off or go at his knees. He hit him straight on.

Rodgers broke his collarbone in Week 9 last time, and managed to come back by the end of the season. Hopefully, he can come back before this season ends. Of course - that's assuming we're still in playoff contention by then. Knowing this division, that's very possible.

I think Hundley can be serviceable out there. He just needs to get some protection and some reps. He also needs his teammates to step up. At the very least, this will give them an opportunity to see what he's made of. Hell, if he plays decently well, he'll be a nice trade chip.

We were literally down to no backup offensive lineman and no back up defensive backs before the game was over.

At this point shut all the best players like Bakhtiari down and hope for a top 5 draft pick while giving your younger players some experience.
